Perhaps in an attempt to keep domain hording webmasters from getting future valuable realestate, Nintendo has registered a slew of domains pertaining to the Wii. Each domain speaks possibilities of the new console, but at this point, everything is speculation.
Is this another method that Nintendo is using to create a market buzz? If not, then the online potential for the Nintendo Wii may be further reaching that once anticipated. Registering such domains as WiiChannel, WiiBreeding, and WiiBoys keeps fanboys foaming at the mouth and gives gaming sites something to write about.
This is a portion of the domains that Hexus gaming has reported that Nintendo has registered.
