EA Announces Wii GamesThe Wii has brought a lot of attention upon itself due to wii rumors, E3, and industry hype. However, one of the greatest indicators of how successful a console will be, is if it is supported by the top game designers.

Today, EA announced that they will be releasing 6 games for the Nintendo Wii. These games are scheduled to release on or close to the Wii launch date.

EA’s senior vice president had this to say about working with the Wii console:

Once we started to experiment with Madden on Wii, there was an explosion of innovation. Everyone in the studio is energised by the creative opportunity afforded by both the hardware and controller.

Proving that not only are gamers excited about the revolutionary controller the Wii offers, but also game developers. Those who purchase a Wii now have the following Wii games to look forward to: Madden, Tiger Woods, and SSX to namea  few.
