Commic-Con 2006 was home to an interview between the Lucas Arts representative Steven Sansweet and a Star Wars panel of individuals. The topic of discussion of course was how Lucas Arts would approach the next-generation consoles in terms of it’s Star Wars franchise video games.
Sansweet acknowledged that they would be developing games for all three systems(Xbox360, PS3, and Wii).
During the interview, the representative clearly noted the resemblance of the use of the wiimote and the handling of a lightsaber. This is good news for Lucas Arts fans and Nintendo fans alike, due to some bad blood between the two companies. At one point there was concern whether any Lucas Arts title would be brought to the Wii, but now we have confirmation that there is definately games in development.
