Nintendojo announced today that according to ‘affiliated’ Nintendo personel, there will be a major announcement made at the end of August. The announcement is said to entail more details about the Nintendo Wii, such as firm launch date, specific games, and possibly more.
The source states that while not finalized, fans should expect some sort of information at the Leipzig Game Convention the end of August. And if Nintendo is going to make an announcement in terms of launch date, now is the time. Afterall, we’re only a few short months away from the 4th quarter of 06.
