According to the Nintendo gaming site Cubed, Nintendo of America has invited Matt of IGN Wii to an exclusive event on Sept. 14th. Like every Wii rumor before it, it’s based on pure speculation that an announcement in regards to launch date and price will be made.
It is also of note that Sept 14th was also the date that Microsoft announced the launch of the Xbox 360. Peculiar, coincidental, or more rumors that will not pan out. What’s worse is that all the major news outlets are announcing the PRICE of the Nintendo Wii. Consider all the info you read false or based on speculation, no official announcement has been made by Nintendo…yet.
