Wal-Mart.com announced that they would be allowing preorders for their Nintendo Wii Players Choice Bundle today, however as of yet no verification has been made. As of this posting if you were to visit the site it mentions that the bundle is out-of-stock.
What’s interesting is that this may be the market face for the Wii console, all bundles. The one advertised at Wal-Mart contains the following:
- Wii Console
- Wii Remote Controller
- Wii Nunchuck Controller
- Wii Nintendo Points Card
- Choice of 4 Wii Games

Its nice at least that it looks like you get to choose the games to bundle with it.
Agreed LiveSquid, the ability to ‘make’ your bundle makes a difference when I’m on the way to the cash register.
That’s boo-crap! It’s $250 at WalMart with no mention of a “player’s choice” bundle. It’s the standard Wii which comes with a game disc with different generic sports games that all Wii’s will come with. I saw no mention on WalMart’s site of a “players choice” bundle or anything resembling a pre-order.
Frank, you’ll notice the link at the top of this posting it will take you to where the package was originally listed. My guess is they couldn’t fulfill all of the preorders or bundles so took it down, thus out of stock.
However, at one point they were offering the bundle and preorder. Thanks for your comments.
