Toys R Us offered up a Nintendo Wii preorder months ago and bundled with the preorder was a free ‘bonus’ game. However, gamers were upset at the news last week when it was announced that the bonus game would be Open Season. It looks like as of today, Toys R Us plans on offering an alternative to the family targeted game.

Aussie-Nintendo.com was able to contact TRU, finding out that an alternative will be made.  Need for Speed Carbon will be offered alongside Open Season for gamers to have a choice in titles.
