Another game announcement for the Nintendo Wii will be the multi-platform dog fighting game HeatSeeker, by codemasters. The game is expected to launch sometime in the Spring of 07 and is being billed as an arcade aerial combat experience. (What a mouthful!?)

The Nintendo Wii received a lot of, probably free, advertising on Comedy Centrals South Park this evening. The episode opened with Cartmen pacing in front of the EV Game store, awaiting the Wii’s release in 3 weeks. Obviously, Nintendo posters covered EV Games windows and the console could be seen behind the glass.

Wal-Mart.com announced that they would be allowing preorders for their Nintendo Wii Players Choice Bundle today, however as of yet no verification has been made. As of this posting if you were to visit the site it mentions that the bundle is out-of-stock.

Retro Game List for Wii

A few short months ago it was announced that retro games would be available for download through the Wii marketplace. Yesterday the official list has been announced, along with their cost. It’s yet to be determined exactly how much 1 Wii Point will cost, but you get the idea.
