The Wii was bound to have many problems as it confuses gamers, most gamers have sat down on the Sofa and played a bit by just moving there thumbs. However now the Nintendo Wii is here you will find that you need to make a small bit of thought before using a Nintendo Wii, follow this and you will make sure everyone and everything in your house is much safer.
It is not real bowling. That is a import sentence and I want you to say it to yourself 3 times before I go on…. ok done? Good. What this means is that the Wii remote is very sensitive and thus meaning you don’t have to put lots of weight behind bowling or hitting that ball. Granted going faster changes how you play, but you don’t need to do it to fast. One way we have found of making sure we do no damage is when using the Wiimote only put enough force in before it feels like you can sense your muscles ting.
Next is also very important. Due to the design of the Wiimote you will sweat if playing a very active game for a long time, and in that sense between each round stop, wipe your hands then go back to the game. The sweat can build on your skin without you knowing and then woosh the remote is out of your hands and hits your brother in the head! Ouch. Another way of keeping VERY safe is to use a tad of baking soda on your hands, rub them together and go play. The soda soaks up some sweat.
We have seen many people play without using the strap. This is a VERY bad idea. The strap is very important, granted it can snap it can also stop it from flying to mars and back. So never play any game, even one without much motion without using the strap.
Now if you follow that, and the rest of the things in the Nintendo wii manually you can play the Wii with no fear of breaking your TV.. or to that matter, yourself!
