It looks like another batch of Nintendo Wii’s came into New York City yesterday, according to one witness. “A skid of 60 are setting in front of me, ya want one?”
“Hell Ya, UPS that bad boy to me,” says me.
It’s interesting to note that I’ve seen a lot of PlayStation 3’s in stock at Wal-Mart, Target, and other popular stores. In addition, my friend mentioned that the entire time he was in line, to pay for the Wii, not one PS3 was sold. It looks like everyone was waiting for the funbox.
By the way, this was at the Toys R Us in Times Square, so maybe other Toys R Us will receive shipments soon as well. It’d be worth a trip to your local store just to check it out.

I called them at 3 and they said they were out!
garrrrrr, at least they got them in. A sales person at Target told me not until March…pffft, I just don’t think she knew what she was talking about.
March? Are they taking a page out of the PS3 book of distribution? I should hope that salesperson was just inept… everyone else has told me they get them at random intervals,no way of saying when the next wiill come…

I work at Wal-Mart and I help check in the UPS trucks. We have been receiving at least 3 Wii’s EVERY week. However, there is no need for the PS3 because we don’t even sell 3 in one week.
Thanks for the info Spencer. I’ve been noticing more and more PS3’s setting around in stores. However, I’ve yet to walk into one around where I live and find a Wii.
