Best Buy Wii Inventory

Long after the Holiday rush the Nintendo Wii is still having troubles staying on the shelves in many parts of the US. Take for example my local Best Buy, which has yet to have any available or Wiimotes for that matter. Yet, there is one system there is always plenty of, the PS3.

This may seem silly, but to me this is a sign of victory for Nintendo over Play Station. I’m not a fanboy, but come on, if your latest hot system is always readily available and there are less of them than the Wii, it’s a sign. I just hope that game developers recognize this and continue to innovate with the unique controller. It will be interesting to see what the second generation of Wii games has in store, that is if you can get your hands on one.

    Word on that.
It’s been 2 months already, and I still couldn’t get my hands on.
I’m almost pondering to check e-bay… or not?

Really hard to say, it’s a dangerous game. My luck would be I would pay too much for a Wii on ebay and then find one the next day at Wal-mart for regular price. I’d suggest checking out Amazon stock first and then move on from there….ebay as a last resort.

Hopefully this Wii popularity will continue on through the holiday seasons. If Nintendo can beat both Microsoft and Sony this coming christmas, then we have an idea how of the rest of Wii’s lifecycle will play out.

Very good point Robert and if this success continues, the next-gen of Nintendo’s will surely build on what makes the Wii so popular. It’s FUN!

You’re a HUGE nintendo obsessed fanboy. Haha, “there is one system there is always plenty of, the PS3″ Wow, tell me where to find one because according to marketing statistics the Wii has made $160,000,000 while the PS3 has made $750,000,000 and there is a system shoratge worldwide for it. Dumbass, count next time.

David, thanks for your obvious long researched response.

Every major(and minor) retail store I’ve been in has PS3’s setting around, but not a Wii in sight. This includes but not limited to every Wal-Mart, BestBuy, EB Games, etc…

Besides, this is my own personal opinion, but thanks for trolling by anyways. ;) At any rate, know what your counting, dumbass.
