As of this posting the Sacramento CA district court has agreed not to file any criminal charges against those responsible for the KDND radio station. The radio station was host to the Hold your Wee for a Wii contest back in January, in which a woman died from water intoxication.

According to TG Daily there is still a wrongful death lawsuit in process, filed on behalf of the womans family.
