The Wii Fit is actually a new type of controller that you will literally stand up on. Much like exercise pad, it will force you to get off of the sofa and start working out! The bundled Wii Games included with Wii Fit are geared towards a full workout and focuses on such aspects as

- Muscle Stretches
- Core Workout
Nintendo hopes that this new hardware and software for your Nintendo Wii will keep your family fit and importantly have fun together. Sharing data across your Wiiconnect is one way to keep an eye on distant friends even when the family can’t be together.
