Titles like these make me want to cinch up my Wiimote strap and tackle my wife, but that would be wrong. 
4 players and the ability to play in simple mode or advanced makes this a winner any way you cut it. Heck, I’m not even a football fan and I find myself playing this Wii title too much.
Madden NFL 08 is chock full of features and no specific way to play. As a gamer I appreciate the flexibility in one game to fit all my gaming moods, such as lazy, excited, or a thirst for crunch. Options such as only ‘Wiimote Play’ for simple mode, 4 player mode, Trivia, and even 22 mini games will keep this game on the top stack of Wii games for awhile.

Some of the downsides are that it’s more of a rehashed Madden NFL 07. However, if you held out last season, it’s all new and exciting!
