Do you think there will be a Nintendo Wii 2? Or will they rename their next generation Nintendo console to something else like they have done with every other console in their history?
I think they will keep the name Wii for sure. It has become one of their most popular gaming consoles in history, and the demand is not slowing down. Nintendo Wii 2 seems like the most logical name change. But who knows, they could change the name of their next generation console completely, but in my opinion that would be a mistake on Nintendo’s part. Nintendo Wii 2 is logical, and straight forward. And if they are building a brand, then the legacy of the Wii will continue with the Wii 2.

I think they would change it to super wii, or wii 64, or wii hd, or change the name.
Ading numbers is what sony does.
