the people who gave this product bad reviews obviously did not read the instructions.
Installation is VERY simple, I spent no more than 10 min reading the instructions, cleaning and prepping the phone and putting on the screen protector.
what I like about this is that it is a hard plastic screen protector, it is very clear once installed, can barley tell that it is installed and feels as if it is the actual iphone screen when you use the phone. Some screen protectors are hazy, or are flimsy plastic that you can see installed at a certain angle, or some give a weird "grip" when you use the phone instead of a smooth slide like the iphone screen has without protection.

the cover is a *very* thin sheet of very clear plastic, sandwiched between two thicker and less clear sheets. once you figure that out, it installs very easily.
i love it, it protects the screen. but i have to think of it as disposable. it scratches somewhat easily and will have to be replaced every so often.
 Sticker makes the protector useless December 30, 2008
Firstly, this product comes with no screen protector. But after reading another reviewer's comments on how he nearly threw away the actual protector, I was cautious and figured out which was the correct protector. The protector has a a little tab that said to peel it after installation. When I tried to do that, only half the sticker would peel off. I tried to get the rest off in vain but the glue used is terrible. In the process, the protector is no clear.
The only good thing I can say is that it was easy to remove, so it's now in the trash.

I had an old belkin brand protector on my iphone for about 6 months. it worked great had no scratches. but i had to take if off because i dropped my phone in dog poop... ANYWAY. I ordered this brand, and after being in my purse for one day(same place i had been keeping it with the old one on it) it already had a huge scratch in the protector. since then it's got a few more smaller, but deep scratches. Maybe this was a fluke?

Product was what was ordered, and the seller (SF Planet) was fine. We did not watch the video the seller recommended, and did not realize that there was a "second film" packaging that needed to be removed. After struggling to make the protector/"second film" work, we gave up and were going to throw it away. We peeled off what we thought was the protector, then wondered how we got some bubbles in the iPhone. That's when we realized that the REAL protector was actually installed and we were tossing away the "second film" packaging. Oops. Hey - watch the video ([...]) or carefully read the instructions.
