Because the supply of Nintendo Wii’s is starting to become more available, Ebay sellers are making it easy and cheaper to buy wii from eBay. This question has been posed a lot. When is it that you will be able to buy Wii 2? It could be a lot sooner then you expect. For Nintendo, it could be a big money maker. To come out with a new, improved Wii console every couple of years. Why wouldn’t they do this? Other companies have made many changes to their consoles. That is a very good deal. A couple of months ago, you could buy Wii systems for no less then $200 over retail. If you have yet to purchase Wii, then your best bet is to buy it on Ebay. If there is anything that can be learned from least year about when to buy wii, it is that you don’t want to wait until Christmas. Trends show that during November and December the demand for the Nintendo Wii system skyrockets. Basically, what can be learned from this, is that you are better off to buy a wii sooner rather then later. Expect the Nintendo Wii price to increase significantly as Christmas approaches again.
If I was to name what the next Nintendo Wii console would be called, the Super Wii is what I would call it. But who knows? It could be called the Wii 2.0, Wii HD, Wii 2 (probably not). Also, who knows when you will be able to buy super wii consoles anyway. Some are predicting that Nintendo could release a Super Wii in less then a year, and that consumers would be able to buy a Super Wii by Christmas 2010. This would actually make sense to be. It would be a great way to continue interest in the Nintendo Wii. Anyway, I am excited to buy a super wii, and I can’t wait to see what changes are made.
Who knows when you will be able to go to a store and buy wii. Last year, they said in February, whoops, they were very wrong. Most peoples opportunities to buy wii consoles for retail are very limited. It has been over a year, and the Nintendo Wii is still not in stock and it is very hard to buy a wii in stores. So instead of waiting 5 months, and wasting your time, just buy a wii online on Ebay for $50 over retail. Or before you know it, Christmas will be rolling around again, and your only option will be to buy a Wii console for $300 over retail.
Remember, to buy wii consoles online you don’t just have to visit regualr eCommerce stores like Amazon, Gamestop, and Walmart. Why not try less used options, like Ebay for example. As of now, you can buy a wii system on Ebay for very close to retail, usually for $50 more then retail. If you are trying to wait for them to be in stock on online stores, or at physical retail stores, then you are in for a wait. They may not even become in stock normally for another year. So when you can buy wii systems for close to retail on Ebay or from other places, jump on it before the opportunity runs out.

And expect it to be hard to find a wii that way for awhile. But if you are looking to buy a wii bundle, then that is a lot easier. Many Wii Bundles are available from a lot of online merchants.
If you are just looking to get one very close to retail, then just buy wii consoles from Ebay. They are usually only $50 above retail. Which is not a bad price at all.

I think they will keep the name Wii for sure. It has become one of their most popular gaming consoles in history, and the demand is not slowing down. Nintendo Wii 2 seems like the most logical name change. But who knows, they could change the name of their next generation console completely, but in my opinion that would be a mistake on Nintendo’s part. Nintendo Wii 2 is logical, and straight forward. And if they are building a brand, then the legacy of the Wii will continue with the Wii 2.
