If you are like my family, it’s large, and we all get together at a central meeting point at Christmas. The mornings are normally consumed by initial meet and greets, along with people talking about how hungry they are, in anticipation of a large dinner. Then dinner time comes, family gets full, and the afternoon drags on. To pass the time we play board games or similar activity to get everyone involved, this year we plan on doing something different.

I hope that this year we can use the Wii to bring the family together and play some min-games and a little bit of trivia from the new game Smarty Pants. Most of the games are easy enough and the controls are effective so that all ages in our family can play together. Never mind the fact we look like flailing idiots, especially during some of the minigames in Raving Rabbits. Playing the Wii at a family get together is a new twist on an old tradition that I think everyone will enjoy.

How are you planning on using the Wii during the Holidays?
